Who Are We?
It all started with trash cans!
Engineer-turned-entrepreneur Yogesh Saini’s one-time idea to paint Lodhi Garden’s bins in 2013, sparked an initiative that became Delhi Street Art (DSA).
With over 5000 wall murals and art installations under it's belt, Delhi Street Art is one of India’s foremost public art start-ups. From India to Egypt, slums and schools to international brands and embassies, our creative collaborations redefine spaces in Delhi and beyond!
Our Vision
is to transform cityscapes through art, encouraging pride in the communities and spaces we all share.
Our Mission
is to add colour to our cities!
Through public, private and not-for-profit projects, Delhi Street Art gives artists a creative outlet, volunteers a chance for visual expression and locals a sense of ownership in their communal spaces.

Yogesh Saini’s overseas career took a surprise turn once back in Delhi. Noticing the lack of street art in his own city, so different from life in America, Saini assembled a group of volunteer artists
to transform 150 garbage bins in Delhi’s Lodhi Garden. From such humble beginnings was Delhi Street Art born!
Saini’s engineering and MBA background led him to Hong Kong, Taiwan and the US, founding technology startups in Silicon Valley. In 2013, he decided to combine long-held creative interests with his business acumen to lead an art collective in his home country.
In the years since, Saini has garnered a reputation within India’s public-art narrative as a street art specialist and TEDx speaker. He also implemented India’s first 3D zebra crossings across 20 locations including Lutyens’ Delhi, Dehradun, and Chandigarh.
Now regularly invited to speak or judge at art events and competitions, Yogesh Saini recently gained recognition in the Indian Prime Minister’s ‘Mann Ki Baat’ broadcast. His emergence as an influential creative figure continues to bring art to the streets and those that would, otherwise, have little exposure
to it.
